Even though I’m writing this while it’s snowing outside..spring finally feels like it’s around the corner! Spring is always an exciting season because that means winter is over and it’s time for new fashion trends. I made a list and forecasted some of these trends with the help of WGSN!
Styles
Single Shoulder Cut Out
We have seen shoulder cut outs a lot in the past year or two! Now this trend will transform into just showing one shoulder. This look was seen in many designer’s collections at NYFW! 
Sleeve Slits
As far as sleeves go, flare sleeves were super popular this past year but now we’re moving onto slits! I would have never thought to create this trend but I love how unique it looks.
The New Trench Coat
Since trench coats seem to be a staple in fashion, here we have a new and improved one! This coat is all about the slouchy fabrics, big buckles, and extended sihlouettes. 
Color Analysis
As you probably expected, there are lots of bright tones forecasted for S/S 17! Along with these colors we will be seeing lots of neutrals still on trend. Personally, I’ve been loving the neutral/monochrome trend! It can appear very chic.

Orchid- Sweet and feminine
Machine Red- Power and intensity
Gachala Green- Teal driven, but brighter
