Look of the Day: Striped Button Down

Hi everyone!  I’m back with yet another outfit post.  Expect lots more throughout the summer because they’re my favorite type of posts (besides travel posts of course)!  Today was the perfect summer day.  It was 75 degrees, sunny, and a little breezy, so this gave me many different outfit options!

Even though this outfit is very classic and simple, I love it!  I’m wearing a striped button down from Forever 21 that I just bought yesterday.  I’ve really been loving the look of button downs tucked into shorts, skirts, or even ripped jeans lately!  Tops such as this one give your outfit an effortlessly chic look.  I decided to pair this top with flowy olive green shorts from Old Navy.  I seriously LIVE in shorts like these ones throughout the summer because denim shorts are way too uncomfortable for me hahah.  Also, can we take a moment to appreciate this tote bag?!  This is my all time favorite color at the moment and I just think this bag is adorable.  But the best part is.. its reversible!

Tomorrow I’m headed to Vermont for my old teammates wedding yaaay!  So stay tuned for a wedding outfit post 😉
