One of my absolute favorite things to do is to explore a new place without a plan. This past weekend I took a little two day trip with my dad and boyfriend to NYC and Coney Island. My dad grew up in Brooklyn so Coney Island was his second home and I’ve actually never been there. We first had a day in New York City and did some apartment hunting, YAY!! Then the following day we explored Coney Island and parts of Brooklyn which I loved.
I thought this striped top paired with these denim shorts was a perfect mix of beachy and city vibes.
I definitely will be coming here again once I move to New York City! Well now thinking about it, I’ll probably have to work so much I won’t have time to even breath.. But in all seriousness, I could not be more excited to (hopefully) be living in NYC soon. Easy access to beaches, parks, and just city life in general which is my fav. I truly have restless bones so I love (positive) changes!
