3 Ingredient Pancakes: Banana Oat

I certainly am not a chef or food blogger.  However, I do have a great interest in health and fitness, along with fashion, but I rarely post about it on my blog and Instagram.  I figured I’d make this new “food” tab here on my blog because I am always on the lookout for new QUICK & EASY meals to make.

I honestly can’t believe how good and filling these pancakes are only using 3 ingredients. But the best part is, they’re nothing but healthy!


All you need is..

  1. Oats
  2. Banana(s)
  3. Almond Milk (or soy)

I also added a flax/chia seed mixture in mine.  I’ve made it both ways before, with it and without, and it tastes the same!




Top this baby off with some blueberries, peanut better or whatever your little heart desires and you’re good to go!  Bon appétit 😉
